Throwback  Corporate & Media Appreciation Night, Fraser Hotel, Johor || It's done! Nona nak share sikit kisah throwback tentang special event yang Nona join haritu and about Chinese New Year promo kat Fraser Hotel, Johor ni. 

Pada 5 Januari lepas, Fraser Hotel bersama-sama team BrandCulture PR & MarCom Agency, Hard Rock Cafe Puteri Harbour, Pinetree Marina Resort dan 1975 Avenue & Hotel telah mengadakan event ni untuk 'Corporate & Media Appreciation Night, Fraser Hotel, Johor. 

Aku suka pergi event santai camni sebab meriah dengan banyak media and influencers sambil tengok pakaian OOTD memasing.. Hehe..  Lawa lawa gituh! ThThen semeja dengan aku adalah sepasang influencer kembar Chinese  🤩 Ohh, barulah kenal kenal time tuh... 

                                   

Kasik chance lah nak dress up cenggini, kalau ada kasut booth hitam lagi ONZ sebenarnya..HAHA

Singer from Hard Rock Cafe 👍 Style ah rambut you! Masa ni tengah nyanyi lagu I'm unstoppable. Rancak pulak aku dengor 🔥 

Sambil makan, berbual, dan bergambar, kami dihiburkan dengan nyanyian daripada team HRC Puteri Harbour. Time lagu rancak, suka betul aku, macam nak joget joget gituh! Then ada lion performance. Aku pun lama tak tengok singa, Baik singa kat zoo atau singa gini, lama tak tengok!  HAHA.. So, Nona makan apa? Haaa, sempena Chinese New Year yang bakal berlangsung, ada 8 menu disediakan untuk hari istimewa tersebut nanti. 

1. SALMON YEE SANG

A colourful platter of shredded vegetables, pickled ginger, and salmon garnished with a tasty sauce. 

2. BRAISED CRAB MEAT with DRY SCALLOP & FISH LIPS

Thick soup with sweetness from the crab meat and the intense of flavours of dried scallops.

My favourite! Sedap sangat lah!!

3. ROASTED CHICKEN with MANGOLIAN SAUCE

Traditional home roasted chicken with chef' specialty Mongolian sauce.

4. STEAMED GROUPER with HONG KONG SAUCE

Live whole fish is steamed and dressed in fresh julienned green onions and ginger.

5. SUPREME SOY SAUCE GARLIC PRAWN

Fresh prawns served with supreme soy sauce and fresh diced garlic.

6. STIR FRIED CHINESE BROCCOLI with BLACK MUSHROOM & PACIFIC CLAM

As a symbol of prosperity and the blossoming of new beginnings, stir-fried broccoli with dried mushrooms and pacific clam is a popular fish during family gatherings and especially during Chinese New Year.

7. STEAMED GLUTINOUS RICE

"Sticky rice" for a prosperous CNY. A must have for any festive celebration.

Aku suka la nasik nih! Sedap pulak bila banyak bahan kat dalam tu... Nyummm! First time try rasanya ni... Teringat ingat pulak kesedapannya kat tekak saya 🤩

8. CRYSTAL JEE MUAH CHEE

Traditional Muah Chee served as dessert to sweeten the day

Yang aku makan ni, flavour durian ui!! Ramaii cakap sedap tau.. 

Dapat bag yang berisi barang di atas yang wangi berserta voucher Hard Rock Cafe. Alhamdulillah, walaupun tak menang hadiah lucky draw.. Ku tetap rasa dihargai dan enjoy bila ada event macamni... Hehee.. 

Nah, promo apa ada... Bolehlah ushar. Set yang aku makan tu berharga RM1588 yo 😊
